  • Ústretovosť a ochota personálu.

  • Mohli by byť o trošku lepšie večere. S raňajkami sme boli spokojní. Kúpanie vo vnútornom bazéne by mohlo byť v rámci ceny za ubytovanie.

  • Opotřebovaný nábytek, zvláště proležené matrace na postelích, pod postelí zbytky potravin, ponožky po předchozích hostech.... Uklízí se zřejmě jen co je vidět.

  • Dobrý den..na hotelu bylo vše krásné..přjemný personál..ubytovaní,jidla byla moc dobrá..kuchař skvělý...bazén i viřivka úžasná.Již jsme na Sněžence byli 4x a již se těšíme jak přijedeme opět relaxovat do hotelu :-)
