  • Na Sněžence jsme byli již po několikáté a určitě se sem budeme rádi vracet. Příjemný, usměvavý a ochotný personál, dobré jídlo, bazén a vířivka, to nemá chybu, všude čisto a útulno, prostě všechno na jedničku, ani se nám nechtělo domů. Škoda, že to máme z Jaroměře trošku z ruky, jinak bychom jezdili častěji, ne jen jednou za rok :) Děkujeme všem, kteří se tam o nás starají. Fořtová Jaroměř

  • Jako rodina s ročním dítětem jsme byli velmi spokojení. Personál nám vycházel vstříc a nic nebyl problém.

  • Pekny hotel, pokoje male ale ciste, utulna restaurace, perfektni obsluha,vybona kuchyn, moznost pinec, bowling, sauna.

  • Recepcni pomala a zapometliva, kdykoliv jsme prisli(4x), nebyla pritomna v recepci, zapomela na objednany cas sauny,prisla s 15 min. zpozdenim, zapomela vrátit OP při odjezdu (navrat po 60km), ale hlavne, zasadne se neomluvi.Meli jsme si ji udajne najit, kontaktovat servis v restauraci atd. a ne stat u recepce. Prosteradlo do sauny za 20Kc, derave na několika mistech. Televize na pokoji silena,asi 20 let stara, uhlopicka asi 30cm, bez DO.
